The MS6656 is a 6-channel, low-power, high-speed SAR ADC integrating six independent 16-bit ADC cores supporting simultaneous sampling at up to 250 kSPS per channel.

Funcionando con un solo 5 V de alimentación, the MS6656 supports true bipolar input ranges of ±10 V and ±5 V. An internal calibration algorithm enhances both dynamic and static performance. In dynamic terms, the device achieves up to 90 dB SNR and 100 dB SFDR. On the static side, it offers bipolar zero-level offset as low as ±2 LSB and linearity errors under ±1 LSB.

Para simplificar el diseño del sistema a nivel de PCB, the MS6656 integrates input buffers with 1 MΩ de impedancia de entrada y filtros antialiasing, allowing direct analog signal acquisition without external driver amplifiers. Un ADC de alta precisión, configurable on-chip reference voltage generator and buffer is also included.

The MS6656 supports both parallel and serial interface modes, configurable through hardware pin settings, enabling flexible interfacing with microcontrollers and DSPs.

The MS6656 is available in a 64-pin plastic QFP package and is pin-compatible with the reference device.
