The MS6606 is an 8-channel, low-power, high-speed SAR ADC solution that integrates eight independent 16-bit ADC cores supporting simultaneous sampling across all channels at conversion rates up to 200 kSPS per channel.

Funcionando con un solo 5 V de alimentación, the device supports true bipolar analog inputs of ±10 V and ±5 V without requiring external level shifting. An embedded calibration algorithm enables the device to achieve ADC performance on par with reference device, while delivering bipolar zero-level offset as low as ±2 LSB and channel-to-channel crosstalk below –100 dB.

To simplify system design, the MS6606 integrates input buffers with 1 MΩ input impedance and built-in anti-aliasing filters, allowing direct acquisition of analog signals without external circuitry.

Un ADC de alta precisión, fully configurable on-chip reference voltage generator and buffer is also integrated, enabling flexible and stable performance in a wide range of applications.

The MS6606 supports both parallel and serial interface modes, configurable via hardware pin settings. This flexibility enables seamless integration with a wide range of microcontrollers and DSPs, accommodating diverse system interface requirements.

The device is available in a 64-pin plastic QFP package.
