The MS6608 is an 8-channel, low-power, high-speed SAR ADC integrating eight independent 18-bit ADC cores capable of simultaneous sampling. Each channel supports conversion rates up to 200 kSPS. Funcionando con un solo 5 V de alimentación, the device supports true bipolar input ranges of ±10 V and ±5 V without the need for external level shifting.

An internal calibration algorithm enables the MS6608 to achieve ADC performance equivalent to leading imported alternatives, with bipolar zero-level offset as low as ±4 LSB and channel-to-channel crosstalk below –100 dB.

Para simplificar el diseño del sistema a nivel de PCB, the MS6608 integrates input buffers with 1 MΩ input impedance and built-in anti-aliasing filters, allowing direct analog signal acquisition. Un ADC de alta precisión, on-chip reference voltage generator and buffer is also integrated and can be flexibly configured to meet system requirements.

The MS6608 supports both parallel and serial interface modes, seleccionable mediante configuraciones de pines de hardware, offering enhanced connectivity with a wide range of microcontrollers and DSPs.

The device is available in a 64-pin LQFP package, and is pin-compatible with the reference device.
